All our classes are based around British Gymnastics guidelines and we work to show children what an amazing sport Gymnastics is. A Gym Rox we push children to progress skills in all areas as well as making them feel part of a team and gymnastics community. Our sessions include learning skills on Floor, Beam, Bar, Vault, Trampette, air floor and Tumbling. Gym Rox Tots is based around Gymnastics equipment but also includes bouncy castles, soft play and plenty to of activities from babies up to age 5.
